The team at Howard Construction helped this residential rental property increase its visual appearance and very well its value simply by creating inhabitable yard space. Our excavation experts dug out a few tree stumps and removed two dump truck loads of debris from the back portion of the property. The team then carried in six dump truck loads of fill dirt to grade and level the backyard. The addition of the soil created a more leveled transition between the grade of the yard.
